How to Forward Calls from Ooma Office

Go to Settings → Call Handling

In "When a call comes in", select "Forward it immediately"

In the "Show" field, select "Original caller's number" so you can see who's calling

Enable "Require key press on answer" — prompts you to press 1 before accepting a forwarded call and prevents calls rolling to your cell voicemail

Save the popup, then save your settings

Optional: enable "When all devices are offline, send calls to Forwarding number" and enter your SkipCalls number so calls still reach SkipCalls if your internet goes down
